Our First House

I built this house as a single woman in the summer of 2007. I moved in in August of that same year, and met and began dating my husband in October. After we married a year and a half later, he moved in with me and we lived here until March 2013. We left because we wanted more space and a better yard for our daughter to play, since we had NO backyard at all. It was tough to leave, as this was our first home.

A note: all three bedrooms had large walk-in closets, including the master closet, which was GIGANTIC. I don't have pics of the closets for some reason. I also don't have pics of the unfinished basement or the laundry closet, either.

Here is our living room. The house was open concept.

This is the dining room. It was essentially in the same room as the living room.

The kitchen is right off the dining room.

The master bedroom was right off the living room. It had a huge closet that I really wish I had a picture of.

The master bathroom, right off the bedroom. You don't see it here, but we had a plain white shower curtain and white towels with a brown "B".

The spare bedroom and sewing room:

The hall bath:
We had a red striped shower curtain. The door you see here is a massive utility closet. We also had a standard laundry closet, which I also have no pictures of.

Lastly, here is the only picture I could find of our backyard and porch.
